• 6-7 Frozen Bananas
• 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
• 1 Handful ChocolateChips
Here is a recipe for delicious, homemade, vegan ice cream.
•Avoid the situation of having too many bananas (and too little ice cream) by peeling, chopping and then freezing your bananas in freezer bags.
•Once frozen, you simply have to blend your bananas, adding whatever additional flavours you like - maybe some fruit, peanut butter, or even chocolate. You can also add some avocado for extra creaminess.
•The mixture will be very thick but refrain from adding any extra liquid.
•Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, it is ready to be served or returned to the freezer to be eaten later.
